  2. This competition is open to anyone over the age of 18 who lives in Great Britain (not including Northern Ireland), except employees of HarperCollins (or their parent, subsidiaries or any affiliated companies) and their immediate families, who are not allowed to enter the competition.
  3. The prize of the competition is to win entry to the Feel Good Food launch party for Joe Wicks’ new cookbook Feel Good Food on March 17th 2022 at Home House, 20 Portman Square, London W1H 6LW. Further details will be shared with the winners once the competition has closed. There will be 3 (three) winners of the competition and each winner can bring a total of 1 (one) guest.
  4. To enter, please share on your Instagram story Joe Wicks’ competition post on his Instagram page, or share to your Facebook page from Joe Wicks’ Facebook competition post, and tag a friend in the comments section.
  5. The entry instructions are part of the Terms and Conditions of this competition.
  6. The competition opens at 00:01 on 09/03/22 and closes at 23:59 on 10/03/22. Entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the competition.
  7. No purchase is necessary in order to enter this competition.
  8. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No guarantee is given as to the quality of the prize.
  9. Any application containing incorrect, false or unreadable information will be rejected. Any applications made on behalf of or for another person or multiple entries will not be included in the competition.
  10. The winner will be selected by Joe Wicks at random from the entries received that have complied with these Terms and Conditions. Joe Wicks’ decision as to who has won the competition will be final.
  11. By entering this competition, you are agreeing that if you win your name and image may be used for the purpose of announcing the winner in any related publicity with HarperCollins and/or Joe Wicks without any additional payment or permission.

  13. Under no circumstances will HarperCollins and/or Joe Wicks be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competition or prize.

  14. HarperCollins and Joe Wicks will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and HarperCollins can cancel or alter the competition, including these terms and conditions, at any stage.
  15. HarperCollins reserves the right to alter the prizes or cancel the prize draw without notice. No cash or other alternatives to the prize will be provided.
  16. If the prize needs to be cancelled due to circumstances arising as a direct or indirect result of the Coronavirus pandemic, HarperCollins will arrange for tickets to be provided to the rescheduled launch party as a prize alternative for the winners. If the prize is cancelled and is not rescheduled, HarperCollins will discuss with the winner an appropriate alternative to the prize. The prize alternative, should the rescheduled event not take place, will be of roughly equal value to the prize advertised.
  17. The winners will be contacted by Joe Wicks via Instagram direct message by 07/03/22. If any of the winners cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, Joe Wicks reserves the right to select another winner.
  18. By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you will mean that your entry will not be valid and you will not be allowed to enter this competition.
  19. These Terms and Conditions and any disputes or claims (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
  20. Each entrant agrees to the complete release of Instagram in relation to this competition and promotion.
