Inspired by novelist Jilly Cooper, Karen Aldous continues to adore reading stories. Karen attributes her passion for writing to three P’s – People, Places and Property. Her careers allowed her to indulge in them all. All useful material for her debut novel One Step Ahead. Karen lives with her husband and golden Labrador in the beautiful Kent countryside where their three children grew up.
